As an outcome of this year’s self evaluation round, we asked learning and development professionals in the broadcast industry their views on continued professional development (CPD) and what they would find useful and of benefit to them. Clearly improving their skills as a learning and development professional or EO specialist was a very important aspect of their work, but how they could legitimise that through a recognised programme is still part of the debate.
